Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research, demonstration, development and design of new products and new technologies of the company;

2. Formulate R&D specifications, implement and optimize R&D management systems;

3. Team building, job definition, job responsibilities, employee assessment, and resource scheduling in the R&D department;

5. Monitor the implementation process of each R&D project; the appraisal and review of R&D results;

6. Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons of the R&D process to improve the quality of R&D;

7. Do a good job in company standards and patent (intellectual property) planning, implement relevant standards and apply for patents, and participate in standard associations or standards organizations on behalf of companies;

8. Pre-study of the company's future business development, such as product pre-research and technology pre-research;
