#A good beginning is half of success#

 

In order to improve the professional quality of Lifud business personnel for providing our customers with better service, a four-day sales training conference was successfully held in February 25-28. This conference was mainly divided into four parts, aiming to help all the staff of the sales and marketing center enrich their thinking and technical knowledge.

 

A passionate speech delivered by Lifud general manager Jimmy Ye was a wonderful prelude of the conference. Jimmy expressed the hope that all participants would have a clear arrangement and planning for 2021 through four days of study because a good beginning is half of success.

Part 1: How to manage your life means a lot.

You must first have a deep understanding and planning of yourself from the heart if want to make continuous progress.

 

“What’s your expectation for yourself? What will you be after 3 years? How outstanding are you?...” On the first lesson, Mr.Yu from Shenzhen Red 13 Capital Co.,Ltd. Put forward a series of question to lead us to rediscover ourselves and plan for our future. Mr.Yu also demonstrated goal programming from many aspects, such as how to invest and manage our life.

 

Part 2: Set goal and put plan into practice.

Embraced with long-term goal, we will not be frustrated by temporary setbacks.

 

In the second part, nearly 100 sales person from 3 divisions vowed their goals for 2021 in high spirits. At the same time, we never forget Lifud’s core value: integrity, responsibility, dedication. Lifud always takes steady and firm steps. Setting goal is just the first step and what is more important is how to plan and put into practice. Therefore, we should never stop making progress and improving our professional quality. Only in this way can we achieve high efficiency and quality customer service.

 

Part 3: Enhance technical expertise to provide professional services

Well prepare for the forthcoming challenge

 

Part 3 is the most important section and took the longest time. In this part, Lifud technology engineer brought dimming technology training, new products preview and dimming effect demonstration. Thus our sales person had a clear understanding for new products and professional technical knowledge. We are committed to be a sales engineer, who has not only service awareness of sales, but also professional knowledge of engineer.

 

 

Part 4: Standardization makes a larger Lifud, and customization brings a competitive Lifud.

Spare no effort to meet needs of every customer, achieve 100% satisfaction

 

In 2020, Lifud entered the domestic market and helped customers conquer many engineering bidding projects, which was undoubtedly worthy of celebration. However, Lifud has always been steadfast and not proud of  our achievements. In the process of constantly improving the company's external service ability through self inspection, we find that there are still many systems that can be optimized to improve the customer service effect.

 

We invited Mr.Liang from Siruida Management Consulting Co.,Ltd. to give suggestion on existing systems. Mr.Liang provided us a mature and all-round system and operation mechanism. He stressed that “effective” is always important than “orderly”. Though a standardized mechanism is necessary for a company to grow up, we must realize that customer need is the center of our work. What we should do is giving full play to the initiative to provide quality services for customers on the basis of a solid system.

At this moment, entering in this new era full of challenges and chances, we will struggle to innovate products, adhere to quality, improve service and practice the promise of creating value for customers.
